MixRadio, the streaming service originally launched by Nokia, on Tuesday expanded availability to major smartphone platforms as the market for on-demand music keeps growing. MixRadio, which markets itself as a personalized streaming service with curated playlists, said it would be available on Androids and iPhones. MixRadio also announced a tie-up with Taiwanese telecom company HTC, which will bring the streaming service into its BlinkFeed feature that shows appointments, news and other items from across the device on the homescreen.
