Getty Museum acquires Manet's 'Spring'

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles says it has acquired the Edouard Manet artwork "Spring," a celebrated portrait of a Parisian actress as an embodiment of the season.
